At LuxShop.ph, we maintain strict return standards to protect product integrity.
1. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery date.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify:
• Item must be unused and unworn
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• No washing, perfume, deodorant, stains, or damage
• Proof of purchase is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
• Sale or discounted items
• Intimate wear, swimwear, and bodysuits
• Custom or special-order pieces
• Gift cards
4. Return Process
1) Email [support@luxshop.ph] with order number and reason
2) Wait for return authorization
3) Ship the item using a trackable courier
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Inspection & Verification
Returned items are inspected and may be photo-documented. Refunds/exchanges require verification that the returned item matches the original order record and meets eligibility conditions.
6. Refunds
• Issued after inspection approval
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds are not issued for:
• Buyer’s remorse outside the return window
• Incorrect size selection by customer
• Failure to read product description
• Refused deliveries
7. Exchanges
Exchanges may be allowed for verified product defects or incorrect items shipped, subject to availability.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
